FutureBrand London are proud to present a new brand for Cadbury that will be gracing the shelves in the UK from September…

Cadbury Wishes has been created to celebrate the company’s partnership with the Make A Wish Foundation, a very special charity dedicated to making wishes come true for children and young people with life threatening illnesses. Cadbury will be donating £400,000 to the charity over the next three years.

Over the past two years, FutureBrand have been working with Cadbury to develop the consumer insight, product idea, brand strategy and packaging design, all of which stem from the theme of ‘sharing the magic’. It’s been both a fun and rewarding project which has resulted in an exciting new brand, already attracting a fantastic response from the market.

And now for the details… Cadbury Wishes is a unique star made from delicious milk chocolate filled with a magical bubbly centre. Each star also has a special wish for you to discover, and for each Wishes product purchased Cadbury will be donating 10% of its profits to the Make A Wish Foundation. It’s an irresistible chocolate treat which brings a little magic to you and those you care about, whilst also helping extra special wishes to really come true.

I travelled from New Zealand to London to meet Helen, Jess and Sam. Arrived through the ash cloud on 23rd April 2010 to celebrate Helen’s 40th Birthday on the 26th April 2010.
Celebrated my birthday 5th June 2010 in Cornwall and have just celebrated Jess’s birthday August 20th 2010. Both Helen and I will celebrate our Wedding on 3rd October and I have thought of purchasing 35 Cadbury stars and unwrapping them and placing them in double clear cellophane with a layer or silver stars and wrapped with silver ribbon at the top to give as wedding favors so each and every guest can make their own wish and the Make a Wish Foundation can benefit :-) I created our own wedding invitation for the evening guests and of course there were stars on it somewhere … by law and regulation I have to return to New Zealand and apply for a visa to be with my wife – Helen and Jess and Sam so more wishes are to be granted. Wishes always come true and wishes can also make you travel places that you never dreamt of – like other ends of the planet – earth.” Stars are like true friends, you don’t always see them but you always know they are there ”
